Privacy Policy

Deltix Network ("we", "us") operates the Deltix Network mobile application and the website deltixllc.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Email address — used solely for passwordless sign-in via one-time codes (OTP) and essential account communications.
• Account and activity data — wallet balance, transaction history, staking positions, governance votes, and arcade game results, all denominated in $DLTX (a token with no monetary value).
• Device and diagnostic data — basic technical information (such as app version and error logs) used to keep the service reliable and secure.

We do not collect your name, physical address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or financial/payment information. The app has no payment functionality.

2. How We Use Information

• To authenticate you with one-time email codes (no passwords are stored).
• To operate your in-app wallet, staking, DAO voting, and arcade rewards.
• To record transactions on the Deltix chain, our public append-only ledger. On-chain records contain transaction identifiers and amounts — never your email address.
• To prevent abuse, enforce daily reward limits, and keep the network fair.

3. Advertising

The app displays advertising served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and usage data to serve and measure ads, as described in the Google Privacy Policy and AdMob data practices. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads). Rewarded ads are always optional — core features such as the wallet, staking, and governance are never gated behind ads.

4. Data Sharing

• We do not sell personal information.
• Service providers: we use infrastructure providers to host our servers and database, and an email delivery provider to send one-time sign-in codes. They process data only on our behalf.
• Google AdMob: as described in Section 3.
• Legal: we may disclose information if required by law.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@deltixllc.com from your registered email address. We will delete your email address and personal account data within 30 days. Note that anonymous transaction records already written to the public Deltix chain (which contain no personal information) are immutable and cannot be deleted.

6. Security

All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Sign-in uses short-lived one-time codes instead of passwords. Access to production systems is restricted and protected.

7. Children

The Deltix Network app is intended for users 18 years of age or older. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your region (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@deltixllc.com. We do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights.

9. No Financial Product

$DLTX is a utility token used inside the Deltix Network app for staking, governance, and arcade rewards. It has no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value. The app contains no gambling, wagering, or real-money gaming.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
